| Short Description: | I have been listening to a lot of talks about ice sheets and glaciers. In this one I discuss the basic methods of melting large ice sheets. The only way we get rapid collapse of ice sheets seems to be interaction of the ice sheets with the ocean. This helps us think about the melting of ice sheets in the next 100 years. |
